Working pattern/flexible working - We know flexible working is important to you, and it is important to us too. The Partnership has adopted a blended working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.
The team aims for one day a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings but again, are flexible on this. The role is based at our Bracknell campus.
Salary range - The salary range for this role is set at £33,000 - £49,500.
Contract type - This position is permanent.
About the role
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in our Waitrose Customer Directorate for an enthusiastic and passionate self-starter to support delivering advertising income for our hugely successful publications portfolio. As the Assistant Content Media Manager (Level 8), you will:
Support the planning, production and delivery of supplier and third party advertising and advertorial activity for all printed titles, including Waitrose Weekend and Food Magazine, together with assets online
Assist in delivering the strategy and plan for monetising Waitrose-owned content online and offline
Support and assist the budget and financial process management for the Content Strategy, Production and Planning team.
Ensure process and critical paths are agreed and communicated to relevant stakeholders internally and externally and projects are delivered on time and to budget
Support developing the media inventory and assets across online and offline content in collaboration with Commercial, Media and Content and Design teams.
Essential skills you’ll need
College or graduate calibre
Knowledge and understanding of advertising process and media sales
Experience of project management
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable skills you could bring
Interest in content marketing and the world of media content
Keen interest in food and drink
Knowledge and experience of omnichannel asset management
