You’ll be helping TfL get back on its feet to financial sustainability and contributing to making a difference to mobility in London
As an Assistant Change Project Manager, you will be supporting the planning and management of multi-million pound business change projects to time, budget, and specification as efficiently, effectively, and economically as possible. This will include taking the lead on specific activities and work packages as well as supporting on larger projects. Our team partner with the business to collaboratively design and deliver change which include various types of changes, from process change to technology and innovation, right through to culture and people. All with the aim of making improvements to ways of working, modernising TfL, and becoming more efficient.
We have huge savings targets to deliver in the near future and we need self-starting, motivated and enthusiastic individuals who will take the initiative to get things done and deliver at pace.
This is the role for you if you: (essential criteria)
You’re able to build working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
You’ve got a good eye for envisioning project outcomes from initial briefs
You can identify and evaluate options, solve problems, and make rational, evidence-based decisions
You have experience of working on complex business change projects
You’re able to evidence your knowledge and understanding of programme and project management tools, techniques, and methodologies
You have experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
