About the Role:
Join this dynamic team to support with the development and execution of business plans and NPD strategy to enhance patient care, customer journeys and achieve commercial objectives. You will be supporting the day-to-day management of our prescription dermatological, bone health, respiratory and biosimilar / specialty portfolios within Thornton & Ross’ market leading UK prescription marketing team.
This commercially focused fast paced role is intended to be a starting point for career progression into product management and would also suit an experienced marketing assistant or assistant brand manager looking to develop their experience by working on leading prescription healthcare brands. This is an excellent opportunity to support the full product lifecycle from NPD through to sales execution stage and you will also rotate around each therapy area giving you broad marketing skills across our whole product portfolio.

If you’re keen to add value and see results and have the can-do spirit that’s spearheading our success, bring those qualities, with the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree relevant to Marketing, Business, Commerce or in the Life Sciences with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders such as agencies.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills (able to balance day to day requirements with project deadlines).
- An understanding of the NHS environment and experience of prescription / consumer healthcare marketing would be highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
