We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Otford, Sevenoaks to support the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day to day activities, involving all operating processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be extremely passionate about customer service and have great communication skills. This is a busy hands-on role focusing on ensuring the branch runs like clockwork.
Assistant Branch Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the team by maintaining effective levels of communication to achieve shared objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Contributes towards the delivery of the sales plans for specific business areas, sectors and products.
- Engagement and management of staff to ensure the branch continues to develop the customer base, improving retention, satisfaction, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, Company guidance and procedures in relation to understanding and disseminating of these policies and practices to your employees ensuring safe working practices are employed within your operation at all times
- Supporting the day-to-day activities of the branch
- Branch Administration

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday either 7am – 4.30pm or 7.30am – 5pm
- Alternate Saturdays 8am – 12pm
