Job Purpose

Burberry requires a talented and enthusiastic assistant art director with a passion for creativity and producing high level content.

Reporting into the Senior Art Director this role will support the Beauty Art Direction team in concepting and executing a wide range of creative fragrance and makeup briefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Art Director and wider beauty team conceptualising and supporting in delivery of a wide range of creative briefs. This includes supporting on research, ideation, execution and post production.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider beauty team including graphic designers, digital and architecture to shape beauty projects.
  • Creating and delivering conceptual creative documents to the highest standard.
  • Consistently seek to push each project creatively, challenging the brief given.
  • Present ideas to peers and senior members of the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, including project management and marketing in the creative media department.
  • Collaborate with production and post-production teams, ensuring that timelines are met.
  • Remain up to date with the wider luxury market, digital innovation and creative landscape.

  • Consistently deliver high level creative ideas in line with the Burberry beauty brand.
  • Ability to innovate and collaborate across departments and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible to adapt to altering priorities.
  • The ability to work on multiple briefs at a fast pace while not compromising on quality.
  • Ability to support the wider creative team and collaborate at different stages of the creative process.
