Are you an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Accountant looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Finance Team.

The Assistant Accountant will assist the Financial Manager by providing credible, accurate and efficient financial support in the preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet management and routine transactional processes, working across 2 sites St. Catherines Hospice, Crawley and St. Peter and St. James Hospice, Chailey, with particular responsibility for St. Peter and St. James Hospice.

This is a great time to join us ahead of our move towards a new, larger hospice at Pease Pottage in 2023.

Please note, due to the location of St. Peter and St. James Hospice, transport is essential for this role.

We are located in Malthouse Road, Crawley, West Sussex, which is within commuting distance from Brighton and London and just a 5-minute walk from Crawley railway station. In Autumn of 2023 we will be relocating to Pease Pottage where this role will then be based.
