Job description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Input Labour Timesheets into Causeway Project Accounting & create/provide payslips to Operatives
- Responsibility for monthly Overtime & Out of Hours payments to Staff
- Ensure accurate setup of Jobs and appropriate allocation of staff, in conjunction with Project Managers
- Weekly reconciliation of time and overall responsibility for posting MiTime into our General Ledger System
- Provide reports to Project Managers & Commercial Teams
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities and analysis
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Self-motivated, robust and resourceful
- Strong Financial Skills with relevant accounting experience
- Able to remain focused in a past-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team working
- Capability to manage workload across different IT platforms
- Strong IT Skills including proficiency in MS Office (pivot tables, lookup's, sum if's)
