The Role
A UK based company with offices and warehousing in London, Shrewsbury, Glasgow, and Oxford. Looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Warehouse Operative to work in our
Asset Management department and to operate from the Central Warehouse in Knockin Heath.
As a Warehouse Operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team to helponboard, control, maintain and report accurate stock count of a diverse set of client assets.
This role will be varied and best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. It is a fast paced and energised environment which relies on organisation and efficiency.
Creation relies on numerous cloud based IT platforms to streamline processes andcommunication across departments and clients, therefore a good grasp of IT and a self-starter type of attitude is preferred.
The Warehouse Operative will be directly reporting into the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Preparation of jobs and equipment within the warehouse
● Ensure all stock controls are up to date.
● Prepare all goods for dispatch.
● Load and unload a diverse range of client assets.
● Ensure all goods are stored safely within the warehouse.
● General housekeeping within the warehouse
● Operating MHE, Counterbalance / Reach truck
● Using numerous cloud-based IT platforms to communicate within departments and
clients.
● Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Successful candidates will be joining an ever expanding core team of 40+ full time employees in addition to a team of regular freelancers - we welcome enthusiastic and driven applicants.
Key Requirements
● Must be computer literate.
● Have previous experience working within a warehouse.
● Be comfortable with Manual handling.
● FLT Licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
● Hard working
● Work well in a team
● A ’can do’ attitude and solution oriented mindset.
● Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
● Ability to work on own initiative and also as a key team member.
● Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload

● Full driving licence
● Carry out basic repairs to equipment.
