The role
We are currently looking to recruit an Asset Management Performance Analyst to join our Asset Management team.
Within the role the successful candidate will assist in the effective performance management of all property related matters. Including: data analytics, scrutinising current and future spend and budgetary control.
You will ensure effective monitoring/reporting systems are in place to provide accurate and timely information about the department’s activities. Including statistics/management information to assist in the production of key performance indicators, statutory returns and reports.
You will also work with others, assist in appraising, managing/developing and improving the data and information support services, particularly around the Stock Investment Programme, and help to ensure the stock is maintained to the Housing 21’s property standards.
This is a home based role, although some infrequent visits to our Head Office in Birmingham (or other Housing 21 locations) may be required for collaboration or team meetings.

The essential requirements for the role include:
- Experience of managing processes
- Information gathering, reporting and monitoring systems
- Educated to HNC or Degree standard or relevant experience
- Experience of developing, managing and monitoring works (desirable)
