Asset Life Cycle Process Manager - Astra Zeneca

We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Life Cycle Process Manager to own the asset management process for their site within Facilities Management, responsible for marshalling the assets through their operational life.
Responsibilities:
Define the governance model and related operational requirements for the Asset Life Cycle Management System.
Develop and embed clear responsibilities between governance, management and delivery for partner Suppliers with respect to Asset Life Cycle Management.
Identify, define and source asset knowledge management requirements (critical metrics, performance data, etc.) necessary to support good governance of asset life cycle management.
Collaborate with the AZ Global Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Lead to share standard methodology maintenance experience with partner Suppliers.
Own the Business process for PRIME compliance management system
Be the Local Process Champion of the business process for “manging assets” within UK Operations including the leading and implementing SAP standard methodology for asset management being a key member of the regional process network
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong awareness of Asset Life Cycle Management Systems standard methodology and innovative developments in the external environment
- Lead Value Analysis studies (e.g. BETA) to understand life cycle implications of potential major business changes and investments.
- Leading and influencing culture and change towards a step change in performance and value across FM
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of operating within an ISO Asset Management System
- Knowledge and application of risk management tools
- Application of Capital Investment Guidelines
- Experience in Asset Management
- Experience of key partner management
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of AZ project processes
- Experience implementing a formal Asset Management System
- Experience from LEAN methodology
- Experience from working with external professional bodies
- Experience from GMP production and processes
