We now seek an enthusiastic & experienced assembly worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in assembly of mechanical products, preferably from within the engineering sector. Previous experience within the agricultural sector could also be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of range of different primarily mechanical products from small sub-assemblies to large machines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• To follow engineering drawings / parts diagrams and written instructions accurately.
• Assisting with packing of finished product for despatch.
• Keeping work area clean and organised.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in an engineering assembly role
• Proven ability to accurately follow assembly instructions and follow parts diagrams
• Ability to use small hand tools and larger power/airline tools as required
• Forklift truck license would be beneficial but not essential
• Flexible worker willing to take on a variety of tasks
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail

BENEFITS / Schedule

• £11-12 per hour dependant on experience
• 25 days paid holiday + bank holidays

• 08:00 – 17:00 (42.5 hours) Monday to Friday
