**Assembly Operative - £8.91ph- Great Barr Birmingham B44 - Day shift - Monday to Friday -Temporary to permanent r

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:15-16:00pm and Friday 07:15-12:15pm(39hrs per week)

Encore Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in the Great Barr area of BIRMINGHAM B44
Due to sustained growth they are now actively looking for an Assembly Operative to work in the factory on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in a factory environment on a busy assembely production line
• Light production duties
• Assembly work
• Working on a fast paced production line
• Completion of production paperwork
• Working in a fast-paced environment and to targets
• Cleanliness of work area
• Any other duties as and when required to meet business needs

The Person:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Must be able to read and follow written works Instructions
• Must have good attention-to-detail and a high level of accuracy
• Be able to work at speed in order to maintain production flow but with accuracy
• High volume repetitive work
• Must have assembly line experience
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Ideally have worked in a factory environment before
