Role Overview:As a Mechanical Assembly Fitter you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. Your expertise in mechanical systems, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining the high standards of our production processes.
Mechanical Assembly Fitter Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to prevent unexpected breakdowns and minimise downtime.
Collaborate with the engineering team to install, align, and calibrate new machinery.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while carrying out maintenance and repair tasks.
Mechanical Assembly Fitter Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembly Fitter in an manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and machinery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
