Job title Parts Assembler
Reports to Production Team Supervisor
Job Purpose To work as part of the Production Team to assemble the
Company’s braiding machines to the required specification and quality standards.
Main duties and responsibilities
o To undertake varied parts sub-assembly tasks as part of the small Production
Team. o To use a variety of hand tools as part of the assembly process. o To use practical hands-on skills within a busy workshop environment. o To comply with the Company’s health and safety procedures, including all safe systems of work. o To comply with the Production Team’s standard operating procedures and house-keeping practices that support efficient team working and the delivery of the Company’s machine build quality standards. o To undertake the parts assembly tasks as allocated by the Production Team Supervisor, to ensure the effective progress of the production schedule and on-time machine despatch.
