AskHR Advisor reports to the HR Service Centre Team Leader. The Ask HR team at easyJet provides first-line support for employees, ensuring an excellent employee experience and addressing various HR and pay-related queries and policies. They drive a self-service model, reducing query volumes and optimising tools to meet employee needs.
What you'll be doing
The main objective of this role is to provide professional HR support as the initial point of contact for the business, ensuring queries are resolved within SLA times and in compliance with data protection and GDPR guidelines. The role involves analysing query data to drive process improvements, develop self-service content, and provide in-depth analysis to CofE’s on issues and trends.
Additionally, the role includes supporting CofE’s in communicating initiatives, improving processes, and developing self-service content. The position requires a customer-centric mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and developing knowledge of functional areas. Managing complaints and escalations, promptly escalating issues to managers and delivering an excellent customer experience are crucial aspects of the role. In terms of job accountabilities, the role involves logging and resolving Tier 1 queries, providing accurate advice and coaching in compliance with local legislation, managing service escalations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, interpreting HR processes to deliver personalised advice, reviewing the People Portal regularly and taking ownership of BAU and project delivery.
What you'll bring to the team
In joining the team, you will bring valuable customer service experience and a customer-centric mindset. Knowledge of Workday is desired. You will be confident and credible in representing HR to the business, stakeholders, and team members. Your experience with conflict resolution principles and practices will be beneficial. As a customer-focused individual, you will effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation and have the ability to tactfully challenge and promote self-service capabilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong IT proficiency (Office, SharePoint, Service cloud), will contribute to your success. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining high customer service standards are essential.
