About the role

The focus of the Artist Relations Team is two-fold: to help us reach new audiences and change attitudes to human rights; and to help us achieve our campaign goals and win human rights victories. This role will lead in creating the artist, influencer and ambassador strategies for both.

The role leads a small team and you will be required to support them and inspire them to deliver ground-breaking work that ensures Amnesty achieves its objectives.

• You have excellent management skills to enable a small team to achieve their objectives to meet agreed organisational goals.
• You have a passion to maintain and grow our artist base.
• You know how to mobilise artists and ambassadors quickly so we can react to breaking human rights issues.
• You have excellent strategic skills and know how to use artists to reach target audiences and change attitudes.
• You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
• You also have a good knowledge of popular culture, arts, influencers and interest in diverse audiences.
