Cocktail Artist Job Description
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, cocktails.
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to make quality drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and customer area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bar or cocktail environment is essential
- Strong math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
