Job description
Artisan Baker required for an independent, family run Food Hall situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a baker who is looking to develop their skills and progress to the next level. Our site comprises of a Garden Centre and Gift Shop, Bakery, Deli, Butchery and Restaurant.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing a range of bread, pastry and cake products.
- Operate industrial equipment including mixer, prover, laminator, large 5 deck oven.
- Understand the importance of stock control and strive to minimise all areas of stock loss.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen to EHO standards.
Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of the following skills:

- Ability to work as part of a team in a positive manner.
Full training and development is offered to ensure you excel in your role and stretch your skills. Weekend work and early starts required.
Full-time hours: 48 per week
Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
