Adults Supporting Adults (ASA) is a ‘not for profit’ registered charity supporting vulnerable adults in Lincolnshire. Our emphasis is to develop and maintain individual packages of care which promotes choice and enables people to live a lifestyle of their choosing. ASA offer a range of community adult services to meet the needs of individuals working alongside other professionals, partner agencies and families to enhance social inclusion and independence.

We are currently recruiting an Area Supervisor covering the Spalding area working 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 1pm. Up to one day per week may be based at our Sleaford office and you will be homeworking / community based the remainder of the time.

You will support a small team of social care providers working in the community, you will be motivated and able to work independently dealing with day to day practice issues relating to the client. The role will also involve meeting potential clients and completing relevant assessments to enable services to commence.

In return, ASA will provide a full induction programme and offer support, training and supervision in order for you to develop your communication, interpersonal and professional skills and knowledge. ASA has an open and honest culture and the successful applicant will be part of a dedicated team. There is an expectation that you will travel across Lincolnshire for appointments and meetings and so the use of a car will be necessary.
