More about your role
As Area Sport Development manager for our Midlands & North area you will have overall responsible for our centres across this region. You will Engage with the sports teams, ensuring you support all staff in the area who manage and deliver our activities.
You will be working across multiple sites, ensuring their SAS programmes are being run in line with the Places Leisure objectives. You will ensure that SAS activities sessions are operated in accordance with our SAS guidance and other relevant sports pathways.
You will engage with relevant staff within the area to raise awareness of SAS, maximising commercial opportunities, participation growth and social value.

More about you
To be successful in this role you will have knowledge of the Leisure market and the activities that we offer. You will have previous experience working with managers and developing them. You will be a strong communicator and will be able to work across different departments from Marketing to Swim Managers.
You will have previous experience promoting and marketing Leisure sites and will be able to offer guidance to our centres on best practice.
