We are currently looking for a Area Sales Manager to join our team at Dunbar.

Role Responsibility
In the role of an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship within a designated area, which may include key national accounts and major projects in order to achieve budgeted volume and revenue, logistical and administrative contact with the customer base.
- Seeking out and securing new opportunities, servicing and maintaining existing business, whilst representing the customer in effectively communicating their requirements internally to the various other operational functions
- Promote a health and safety culture at all times
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent Experience:
- Proven track record in selling, negotiating and customer account management
- Experience of working in a customer sector, e.g. ready mix, concrete products manufacture an advantage
- Cement/Concrete technical experience (achieving Diploma in Advanced Concrete Technology expected)
- Experience of working within a National sales team
- Experience of working with cross-functional disciplines
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Nationally mobile
- Good market and customer knowledge
