Job description
Area Sales Manager wanted to work with and grow Automotive Aftermarket motor factors and buying groups within the UK for a highly successful manufacturer of automotive components with a global OE manufacturer and automotive aftermarket customer base.
They are continually investing in all areas of their business which is highlighted in their year-on-year performance which is far exceeding market performance.
The role will consist of working with the global sales manager to ensure designated customers are given excellent customer service. You will manage motor factors and buying groups with the aim to increase the share of account.
Ideally, you will have experience managing automotive aftermarket buying groups or large regional motor factors.
You will understand the complexities of negotiating with head offices as well as account managing the respective members.
You will ideally be based in the Midlands as you will have a customer base that covers the UK, however, if you have the right attitude and are willing to travel, locations will be considered near motorway networks.
Basic salary up to £40,000,plus bonus, car allowance etc.
