Sales Area Manager required for Joob Joobs - a confectionery brand based in Belfast.
We are looking for one Sales Area Manager to head our B2B sales for the Belfast region. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual and who prides themselves on excellent customer service. The role is to be self motivated - this is a role within the company that relies on individual performance.
This involves:
- Flexible days are available to work.
- You will be responsible for going to B&B'S , hotels , boutique hotels in the Belfast region to get the provider to add our sweet boxes into their rooms.
- Once hotel takes first order, develop relationship with them so they take higher volumes and remain clients with us with repeat orders often.
- You will be responsible for directing staff on Belmont as to what boxes to pack and give them a clear list of boxes to pack for a certain week.
- You will meet hotels who are in a certain radius of other hotels and complete your own weekly agenda of where you will be going.
- A weekly update via email is given to to management regarding new locations and a monthly sales meeting will take place in person to go through progress made in the business.
- You will represent the brand in an authentic way. And bring awareness to the hotel of our name and what we represent.
- You will be required to research each hotel prior to meeting and understand what that customer currently has for vegans/gluten free/kids etc and how to sell as many boxes to them as possible.
- We have 3 staff who work in different sections of this business: Newry/Dublin , Belfast , Londonderry/Enniskillen cross boarder. The current b2b sales area manager for Londonderry enniskillen is making £4k a month on purely commission due to the high volume orders we receive and higher price point products. He only works 3-4 days a week for this role to.
We are looking for someone:
1. Has experience in this kind of role before and track record of retaining and developing relationships with new customers.
2. Organise their own diaries for appointments and send a clear weekly schedule to head of company to approve weekly.
3. Is adaptable to different customer needs and demands.
4. Clear communication skills with our in store staff.
5. This role has further growth opportunities into different sectors such as selling our own products into wholesalers/shops.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Salary: £30,000.00-£60,535.41 per year
