LEYF Area Operations Managers (AOM) lead and manage services and business operations in relation to a group of designated nurseries. AOMs will be responsible for all aspects of service operations and will achieve the economic, financial, pedagogical, and social impact goals, in line with LEYF’s mission and values, organizational philosophy, and with a social enterprise approach. AOMs work Monday-Friday (40 hours a week) all year round. There is flexibility with a hybrid working system although weekly visits to designated nurseries are part of the role. Requirements: Qualified at least to Level 6 in Early Years or related subject. Minimum 5 years’ experience working at Nursery Manager level or above. Knowledge of the Early Years sector, the EYFS framework and experience of delivery of successful outcomes in Ofsted inspections. Show strong understanding and knowledge of relevant Safeguarding and Compliance frameworks. Expected start: September
