Area Manager - Operations
Job description
We are a small family owned pub business with around 20-25 pubs. We have been established for over 15 years now. Our sites are located in the South West of England so ideally we are looking for someone based in the Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton areas.
We are looking for an Area Manager to oversee our sites, ensuring standards and stock control are maintained and finding ways to maximise the trade. As well as supporting our Managers, you will also, on occasion, be required to recruit for new managers.
There will be support from our office team and both our Directors can provide help, assistance and training when needed.
There can be a lot of driving involved in this job (obviously we cover all fuel costs). Although the job is basically Monday to Friday there is the need to do some weekend and evening work when necessary.
We are looking for someone who ideally has knowledge of the hospitality industry either by running their own pub or having had a similar job role. You will need to be an organised person with the ability to plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
