Role:
Area Manager
Responsible for managing the performance, driving sales and delivering stretching targets, across 15 shops.
You will be leading a diverse team to ensure all of your shops are meeting their potential.
Your focus will also be to ensure your managers on engage with their communities to drive brand awareness for the Charity to drive income across your region.
Reporting into the National Retail Sales Manager you will be a key part of the retail leadership team managing and coaching your team to deliver stretching targets and managing any performance challenges.

About you:
You may be an experienced multi-site manager within retail who is looking for a new challenge or alternatively, be ready to step into your first Area Manager role.
You will be an excellent and passionate leader who can manage remotely and have the ability to engage and inspire your team.
You will have the freedom to manage your area and how you want to and utilise your creativity within the business.
You will have experience of driving sales, performance and managing a team preferably in fashion, homewares or charity retail.
