Full-time: up to £47k per annum (including car allowance) plus bonus
Home based with regular travel.

Due to our exciting growth agenda, we are looking for an experienced multi- site manager to join our team as an Area Manager in the East/ Southeast.
About you
We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence, successfully support new openings in the East / Southeast and passionate about people first which aligns with our culture.

You need to have successfully managed multiple sites for a branded fresh food & drink business, driven performance through your team and truly believe in our vision, purpose and values.

Your Area will cover:
Southwold, Bury St Edmunds, Hastings, Rye, Braintree, Canterbury and Norwich plus expansion up to 10 Bakeries. It would be preferable for you to be based in the Southeast.
