We are a growing franchised group of Papa John's Pizza stores looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager to join our franchise team in the Greater Manchester Region.

We are searching for a results-driven, experienced individual looking for a new challenge who is passionate about developing people and exceeding the company's set targets and goals.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing 6-7 stores and their successful day- to-day operations. The Area Manager role is very hands-on, and you will spend the majority of your time in the stores coaching and training, supporting the store management teams, and ultimately driving our franchise growth.

The candidate must have experience in managing multiple sites.
Experience in Domino's, Pizza Hut, or similar QSR would be advantageous.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

· Day-to-day management & leadership of stores & their teams

· Recruiting, training, coaching and developing store teams - from part time CSR’s to full time managers.

· Implementing and enforcing Brand Standards and company operating procedures

· Continuous improvement to the customer experience especially relating to service and customer satisfaction

· Actively managing the key costs of the business, I.E Food & Labour

· Reviewing and assisting with labour scheduling

· Actively managing cash control

· Reviewing store & assistant managers’ performance and implementing development plans

· Managing reports, including but not limited to: KPI,Stock takes, payrolls, customer satisfaction, audits, labour cost analysis, food cost analysis.

· Maximising sales growth

Papa John's is known for its Better Ingredients, Better Pizza. We currently have 21 Papa John's stores and have aggressive expansion plans.

What we are looking for:

· Experienced restaurant manager or currently working in a multi-site area management role in catering/hospitality or QSR.

· A passion for developing people

· Strong Interpersonal & Leadership skills

· Passionate about Brand Standards and working in a service focused environment.

· Excellent English (written and spoken)

· Highly organised with excellent time management

· Full UK Driving Licence (this is a mandatory requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
