Job description
Job overview
The opening of the two new Community Diagnostic Centres at Ely and Wisbech presents an exciting opportunity for the role of Senior Sister/Senior Charge Nurse. Your main responsibilities will include leading, developing, and coordinating a multidisciplinary team at the CDCs.
The primary aim of the centres is to meet the increasing demand for diagnostics by providing local residents with easier access to a wide range of elective diagnostic services outside of acute hospital facilities. In this role you will serve as a champion for patient safety, operational effectiveness, and quality. You will embody the core values of the NHS and work towards ensuring exceptional healthcare for patients. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the overall success of the Community Diagnostic Centres and their ability to provide accessible and efficient diagnostic services to the local community.
