Little Vegas is an exciting new chain of Casino Slots opening across the UK. We aim to provide an industry leading gaming experience in each location and become the venue of choice for locals wishing to gamble responsibly.
The operational area will cover Peterborough in the North to Wood Green as the southernmost Venue.
the ideal candidate will reside somewhere between the two locations.
As an Area Manager you will have overall control of your operational venues, responsible for the performance and profitability. ensuring targets are regularly hit and exceeded, while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers to enjoy their time.

You will be:
- Responsible for maximising profit and growing the business
- Responsible for building a highly capable team who will be delivering excellent customer service in a safe and compliant gambling environment
- A forward thinker who will drive the promotion of all new products and offers
- Experienced in generating a culture of exceptional customer service, encouraging repeat business, and providing expert guidance and help on all electronic gaming products
- Passionate in ensuring excellent venue presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
- Commercially minded and capable of expanding the business
- Able to effectively open new venues to a structured and planned schedule
What we are looking for:
- Preferable Area Management experience or gambling sector work history
- Someone targeted and sales driven
- A working understanding of P + L accountability
- Knowledge of functional and operation HR methods
- Ability to coach and mentor a large team geared for growth
We are a fast paced 24/7 business, which usually includes weekends and bank holidays.
If successful you will also be required to undergo a DBS check as part of this role in addition to other background checks and/or advanced reference requests.

Salary: Circa £45,000.00 per year
