Flexible working is essential and you will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager based in Nottingham, being responsible for the day to day delivery of services within a portfolio of sites. Essential requirements are:
· The ability to manage, supervise and support the on-site cleaning activities
· Experience in recruitment, induction and training of new staff
· IT skills and be able to use a variety of packages and apps
· Experience in the use of Timegate would be a real benefit
· Experience of budgetary control and management of quality auditing procedures
· Ability to motivate site teams and establish good lines of communication with the client and their staff
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will already be fulfilling a similar role or looking for their next career step. You will need contract cleaning experience and a proven ability and desire to drive up standards and operational efficiencies.
Hours per week are 37.5 mostly shared between early starts and early evenings.
Rate of pay is £12.40 per hour, paid on a fortnightly basis.
