Job description
Due to continued growth bespoke cleaning services are looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager with a background in multi - site Cleaning Management contracts across the South Midlands, Redditch, Solihull etc.
You will be required to :
- Recruit staff
- Ordering and management of cleaning materials, consumables and equipment
- Train staff
- To Cover as a cleaning operative any holiday or absence of staff
- To deal with any Disciplinary and any HR requirements
- To deal with any specialist cleaning
- Manage all aspects of administration
- To liaise with line Manager and other colleagues from bespoke
- Client liaison and to build strong working relationships
- Monitoring and auditing of cleaning standards on the sites using a tablet computer
- Assist bespoke to find new leads for new contracts in the area.

- Applicants must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS and have a full driving licence
- Full training will be given
Hours:
We are looking for 40 hours per week, but flexibility and additional hours may be required to deliver the service
