Area Cafe Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Catering Team

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Business:

To work with the Café Manager to ensure every aspect of the visitor journey to a Blenheim Palace Café is of the highest standards of presentation and service
Ensure customers are given prompt, efficient and friendly service
Be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods
Ensure the unit is presented correctly and the opening and closing checklists are completed daily
Ensure all areas are kept tidy, safe and secure

Planning:

To label food with allergen information where required
To maintain records relating to food production activities on the Food Alert system
To ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy on the Mobaro system

The Team:

To mentor and motivate the Café team, working to agreed KPIs to develop the team, enhance customer satisfaction and maximise revenues, working in the team on a daily basis
To support with performance reviews, coordinating team training as required
To assist the Café Managers to hold regular daily briefings
