Job description
Duties:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to create innovative and functional designs
- Prepare drawings, renderings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Assist in the coordination of project documentation and specifications
- Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting minutes
- Support the team in construction administration tasks, such as site visits and reviewing shop drawings
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods
- Knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
