Title of the Position: Architectural Design Technologist / Architectural Acoustic Designer
Main duties:
- Prepare proposals
- Analyze technical documents and reports
- Prepare working drawings
- Supervise architectural technical staff
- Monitor and inspect work
- Construct architectural and display models
- Assist in design development
- Computer-aided design (CAD)
- Prepare presentation graphics and drawings
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
- Test and adjust units to specifications
- Coach and instruct apprentices
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
- Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
- Estimate parts and labour costs
- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
- All other relevant tasks

- Adobe Illustrator

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full Time

Wage: $30.50/hour

Job and Skill Requirements:
- At least 2 years of similar experience.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent written and oral communication, Initiative, Organized, Team player, Accurate, Reliable, Dependable, Flexible
- Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Ability to distinguish between colours, Sound discrimination, Combination of sitting, standing and walking.
- Completion of bachelors degree
