Architectural Assistant

Home Tales is an architectural firm based in London. We offer homeowners with a design package for home extensions and renovations. Client relationships are at the forefront of our business philosophy and our team go above and beyond to always deliver excellent service. Our core service structure includes architectural designs, planning permission and building regulations packs.

The role:

We are looking for an architectural assistant to join our team. The role will support our design team in a variety of ways, assisting in measured surveys, CAD drawings and assisting with planning applications. There is excellent progression within this role for the right individual.

Main responsibilities:

· Support with measured surveys

· Preparation of CAD drawings

· Creation planning packs

· Assistance with planning applications and associated material

· Basic administrative duties

Essential skills:

• Required: Proficient in AutoCAD
• Ideally 1 year experience working in a similar role but not essential
• Familiar with office suite (word, outlook, excel)
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Positive attitude and friendly outlook
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated, managing own time and working as well as part of a team

Salary: £18-24k per annum
