Job Overview:
We're on the hunt for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with experience in residential construction. Working alongside our in-house architects and designers, you'll bring your organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail to provide practical solutions that are both functional and visually stunning.
Key Accountabilities:
As an Architectural Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting accurate, detailed 3D models for project visualization
- Producing fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and essential documentation for our fabrication team and site supervisors
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications
- Participating in design reviews and providing technical support to project teams
- Working closely with the fabrication team to guarantee timely, high-quality project delivery
- Continuously improving the design process, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Generating precise order lists and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for each project
- Actively contributing to business growth
Position Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- An understanding of 3D modeling and detailing
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal assistance
- Understanding of steel construction methods
- Exceptional design skills and a passion for architecture
- Excellent communication skills across various mediums
- Interest in sustainable architecture and development
- Eagerness to be a valuable part of a dynamic, energetic team
- High self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Added Bonuses:
- Fluency in English

Salary: DOE
Job Type: Full-time, remote with site visits; Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
