- Top-notch design ability and technical expertise
- Commercially aware, responsible, and reliable
- Able to drive projects forward with minimal guidance
- Proficient in detailing and leading architectural packages for Tender/Construction
- Experience working on UK projects
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
