Job description
This position is in a floor walker Capacity within the Arcade - working with the owners and reporting directly to them.
You will also be required to patrol the arcade, ensuring our customers know your presence. Be approachable in helping our customers with any problems that they may have.
Be able to assist in the restocking of prizes and tickets into our machines.
Be competent in fixing coin blockages and jams.
Be confident in dealing with and calming down situations that may arise from time to time.
Be flexible in your approach to your working week as this position can be demanding at times but very rewarding.
Keeping the arcade clean and tidy
We endeavour to create the home / work life balance and as a company will try to accommodate this.
Day and Evening Shifts. The evening shifts may end after the local transport has stopped running, so own transport may be a necessity, unless you live locally
As weekends and school holidays are our busiest times during the year, any offer of employment will be with the condition of being able to work these.
