Aquatics Store Manager
-Working 5 days a week which includes weekends (38.5 hour week)
-Minimum retail manager work experience: 12 months (Essential)
-Minimum fishkeeping experience: 12 months (Essential)
An exciting opportunity has become available at Rutland for a Store Manager role.

Previous experience as a store manager in a retail environment is essential, preferably within the aquatics industry, however, applicants with a proven management background and considerable fishkeeping knowledge will be considered.
You will need to have an articulate, approachable and friendly manner, essential to maintain our high standards of customer care. Deliver superb service throughout the store exceeding our customers’ expectations in all aspects of livestock care and selection, product choice and presentation.
Be self-motivated, positive and organised. Be reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic to learn.
Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and be capable of leading and motivating your team confidently by example.
Be proficient at stock control, managing budgets and working to deadlines. Be competent in using Microsoft Office and email.
