TSW Training is an award winning training provider based in Bridgend delivering apprenticeship programmes throughout South Wales. Following a period of sustained growth we are currently undertaking a restructure creating numerous new positions with the organisation.
TSW Training are looking to recruit an Account Manager to manage relationships with new and existing apprenticeship employers, ensuring effective learning programme delivery and to maximise business development opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify the apprenticeship training needs of new and existing employers
- Provide apprenticeship programme funding advice to employers
- Undertake health and safety appraisals at employer sites
- Support all new employers through the on-boarding process
- Undertake employer engagement through phone calls, site visits and networking events
- Evaluate the employer and apprentice experience as part of continuous improvement
- Ensure all feedback is acted upon as appropriate
- Actively promote employer participation with surveys and evaluations
- Ensure employers are aware of the Prevent Duties
- Ensure employer complaints are received and forwarded appropriately in line with the Complaints Policy
- Provide employers with apprentice progress reports as appropriate
- Utilise labour market intelligence to identify business development opportunities
- Work with all WBL teams to secure business development
- Ensure all business development records are accurate and up to date
- Refer commercial business opportunities as appropriate
- Participate in operational meetings as appropriate
- Engage with external stakeholders to support and promote employer and learner needs and interests as appropriate
- Adhere to internal and external health and safety requirements
- Adhere to all requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,500.00 per year
