About the role
The Project Manager is a key member of the business, supporting the Business Operations function at Finecast.
The role will support the UK business, working closely with all teams, supporting the Senior Business Operations Manager and Head of Business Operations in managing strategic change initiatives that require dedicated ownership and coordination.
The scope of work is therefore broad, and will cover areas such as the following and more:
- Support on major business change projects
- Team structure and process definitions
- Systems implementation and roll out
- Documentation and training programmes
- Evolve team identity, culture and talent development
- Support on new product launches
- Requirement gathering, project planning and management of different initiatives, ensuring internal alignment and deadlines are met
- Support Senior Bus Ops Manager setting milestones projects / programs according to the strategic objectives of the organisation
- Monitor and report on project performance
- Support the project team through action and problem solving to ensure delivery is completed
- Support the development of new processes to drive efficiency
- Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
- Ensure project operations comply with internal policies and any other internal requirements
- Analyze and document business best practices
- Support the management of Business Operations KPIs
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express complex information clearly and concisely
The right candidate will play a critical role supporting Finecast’s growth; responsible for successfully driving change in our business and helping implement new systems, processes and structures that positively impact our product, the operations of our business and the environment in which we work.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in project and programme management / project work, with a focus in the media and technology sectors. This role will work in a fast growing new operating company to identify, shape and implement change. You will work with peers and stakeholders of different seniority levels and should have an inquisitive and proactive approach to day to day.
You’ll support the execution, delivery of true value of change, and payback on investment, by accelerating the benefits from new processes, technologies and business models, and ensuring that our operations continue to run smoothly throughout the transformation.
You’ll have a proactive attitude and innovative outlook approaching new challenges, be highly organised and have a keen attention to detail.
