An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join Aston University in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, where alongside academic study at college you will learn how to provide vital technical support to our teaching and research activities. You will be primarily supporting students studying our Mechanical, Biomedical, and Design Engineering programs, and supporting the research activity across the college.
You will be working in a workshop where you will learn how to operate manual and CNC lathes, milling machines, waterjet cutter, pedestal drills, bandsaws, handtools, benders, MIG, and TIG welders. Alongside attending college for your academic qualifications.
