Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

What you will be doing:

Norton Way Nissan have an amazing opportunity for an Apprentice Service Advisor, to join us.

You will be the first point of contact for all service customers, as such the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction is a must.

We offer fantastic inhouse training and block training, with fantastic career progression opportunities. From the training programme you will be shown how to complete the processes below, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Arranging customer bookings for the workshop
  • Understand the customer needs and correctly interpret instructions to complete job cards/repair orders
  • Giving customers a 5-star experience
  • Assist with planning the forward capacity of the workshop

What we need from you:

  • Ideally you will have GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT although this is not mandatory
  • Keen interest in the automotive sector
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office
  • Committed to providing the highest quality of service to customers
  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
