NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies is a dynamic talking therapies service for Depression and Anxiety and strives for balance between meeting locally commissioned targets, clinical effectiveness and patient-centred care.
We are offering an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity, which will start in September. All successful applicants will be enrolled on to the Apprenticeship PWP programme with the University of Staffordshire and the training will be delivered from the University of Staffordshire Campus. Following successful completion of this course and the Apprenticeship PWP End Point Assessment, you will be eligible to apply for Qualified PWP posts. Following this you will be required to apply for entry to the PWP registration of the of the British Psychological Society (BPS) or The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week and a blended delivery of working within your locality base over 4 days of the week and 1 day with the University at Staffordshire. As part of the role you will be expected to work flexibly to suit the needs of the service, this may include some early morning and late evening appointments. You will also be required to work at your locality base and may be required to travel between locations as well as some working from home. Following successful completion of the course you will transfer into a permanent position as a Qualified PWP within the Trust.
