Mendip's Outdoor Instructor Apprenticeship has been running for over 25 years and is a great step into a career in the outdoor industry. With no experience required to apply, this apprenticeship is highly sought after.

During your twelve months with us, you will learn how to run safe, fun and engaging sessions and gain several industry-recognised instructor qualifications.
Working alongside our partners at South Devon College, you'll also undertake a Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship and gain valuable experience in all areas of a busy outdoor centre.
