You will work across our HR teams, gaining experience and developing knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. You will develop the skills to answer queries and give appropriate advice to employees, managers, and schools. You will support various HR projects including data and research and learning and development.

Training to be provided

You will study towards an HR Support Level 3 with New College Durham.
