Introduction
The Marketing Academy Foundation is delighted to offer a Marketing Apprentice role at Amazon. The role is initially for 12 months.

The role is based in the London office. It is a hybrid remote/office role, and you will be asked to come into the office 3 days a week.

The Marketing Academy Foundation support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds get career starts in marketing at top brands. You will be asked to answer a series of eligibility questions to progress your application.

Salary is £21,749.

The role you will be fulfilling

We’re looking for a young, talented mind who are hungry to learn about advertising and marketing. The role will involve working on simpler tasks extending the capacity of the team members you will be working with while developing your design skills. You will work with creative teams to define the visual identity of campaigns and help define the visual identity across multiple formats, including print, out of home, digital and social

Required skills

  • Genuine passion and interest in design and the creative communications
  • A portfolio of work which shows good design ability, instinct and love of your craft
  • Experience using Photoshop or other Adobe Creative Cloud software
  • Good communication skills and an ability to talk about your work
  • Strong work ethic, team player Organised and able to organise
  • Being a team player
  • GCSEs completed
  • Fluent English
  • Desire to learn and become the designer you can be

Preferred skills

  • Strong writing skills
  • Genuine interest in marketing and advertising
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get a job done
  • Creative problem solver when faced with challenges
  • Ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously and to do so with an eye for detail.
  • Studying graphic design at school or college is a plus, but self-taught designers are also welcome
