The AGM Top Five Responsibilities
1. Select outstanding crew and managers
2. Train every employee to give them the best start on their Chipotle journey
3. Managing the rota, ensuring the appropriate amount of team are on shift at any given time
4. Deliver a safe food environment and an excellent guest experience
5. Achieve your annual sales and other company KPIs
