The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and face all tasks that the busy workshop requires. You will be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Working in this fast paced environment means that your remit will range from the service and repair of machinery and equipment to computer diagnostics.
You will also be responsible for assembling and preparing all makes of new and used agricultural machinery for despatch, as well as valeting machinery and completing any other tasks as required.
Start your career in our busy workshops and progress into a Fully Qualified Agricultural Engineer.
You will play a key role in our workshop and report directly to our Service Manager. In this multi-tasking position, competence, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn are more important than qualifications as training will be given.
Candidates will initially start their career in our busy workshop as a Workshop Assistant. Those who show outstanding potential will then be put forward for a Fully Funded Agricultural Apprenticeship in conjunction with Barony or Oatridge College.
